I love it when people know their stuff. The folks at Macdaddy/Abacus Computer certainly do. After having had two of my aging laptops checked somewhere else (over a year ago) for slowness and erratic behavior, they were on their way to be recycled. I was told they weren't worth fixing. On a hunch, I recently had Macdaddy check them and after upgrading memory and replacing the HDD with an SSD, I now have two laptops that are just like new.

I have used the services of Abacus twice. For the latest the display on my iMac had suddenly gone berserk. Not only did they show their complete technical knowledge but also their amazing integrity. They quickly knew what was precisely the cause of its problems, but also led me to the least expensive yet best solution.

Macdaddy saved my computer! I tried installing ram to upgrade my computer and as easy as a ram upgrade should be I fried my motherboard. Macdaddy installed a new motherboard and got my computer working again. I went back to them for my next ram upgrade and also to have an nvme installed and cloned. I absolutely recommend. Thank you Macdaddy!

Macdaddy is the best!!! They are so knowledgeable. They have serviced and saved both my and my daughters laptops more than once. Which reminds me I’m due for a tune-up! A “must” places if you own any Apple product .

We are lucky to have MacDaddy right here in Gloucester center. I have gone to them several times for repairs or purchases, and I'm grateful for their deep expertise and low-key advice. Highly recommend. Genius bar!

I was very pleased with my recent experience at Macdaddy Computers. I had a desk top unit updated and the work was reasonably priced and completed within the time frame quoted. Both gentlemen who assisted me were courteous and knowledgeable. I will most certainly return for any future computer needs.

Thank You soo Much for fixing my laptop, i was totally upset about it, but when you guys cleaned it up and called me that your laptop is ready so i was too happy, I thought i lost my data forever but you guys did a Good job, once again thank you very much. I will strongly recommend this place to anyone, they are too nice and friendly, the price is also worth it i mean as compare to others it’s cheaper. 🙏

Excellent service. Steam deck didnt boot, showed operating system garblygook couldnt even factory reset. They pulled some magic and fixed it cheap. 10/10 quick turnaround even over a weekend The kid that works there is sharp, very smart

I was able to run to Macdaddy today for a cable I need to connect my Macbook to a projector. They helped me find just what I needed in almost no time at all. So happy to have this shop nearby
